Located close the Bannockburn battle site Stirling's Craigquarter Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is still a working farm. It now offers complete peace and quiet coupled with wonderful Scottish scenery and high standards of hospitality . The Guests bedroom accommodation are all bespoke and designed by a Scottish Interior Designer. The original farmhouse has a king sized ensuite double and the newly converted Barn conversion has 2 ensuite bedrooms with zip link super king sized beds. All 3 bedrooms are furnished to a high 4 star standard and have tea and coffee making facilites and freeview tv. Sorry but due to our location there is no WiFi signal available.

"No light pollution here": Our starry skies also make this a perfect location for 'Star Gazing' and you can't help but feel rejuvenated by breathing in our clear unspoiled country air.

Wonderful stay."We had the best stay. Mary is wonderful and cooks a delicious breakfast. Wish we could have stayed another night! The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is clean and new. The views are unbelievable with the Stirling Castle in the distance. Mary met us at the rest area and getting to her farm was very easy". Lynda B from California.

Great stay, great place "I am coming here for my annual holiday - for normally 6 days. (Sometimes a bit shorter due to rooms being already rent) I love coming here - it is so quiet and peaceful. The room(s) are clean, big and lovely - the now refurbished living room is now even nicer with the big telly and the great and amazing fireplace. Mary and husband and son are really great - and the do their best for giving you a real great scottish breakfast. The view from the house over the valley - with Stirling just being down there - is great - and becomes somehow magical after sunset, when all the little lights start glimmering and shining in the valley. I will try one of the new ones next year - providing one being available".RS Fureth, Germany.

2 nights will not be enough! You could easily spend 2 days locally exploring Stirling by visiting the Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle and chilling out at the farm. Let the train take the strain! and visit Edinburgh and Glasgow. Another must visit is a drive to The Trossachs via Callander to sail on the SS Sir Walter Scott on Loch Katrine, then drive to Aberfoyle via the scenic Dukes Pass and visit Go Ape . Finish your day with a wee dram at The Glengoyne Distillery
