Twelve on the Hill in Aberfoyle is perfectly located to enjoy every part of The Trossachs. It sleeps up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms and is spacious and light. Located on the Dukes Pass opposite the Village Hall, it is perfect for groups of friends and families looking for a base to explore the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Private parking at the front of the house and a private garden at the rear of the house with views from the living room to the village & hills. A great location to explore the area on foot, by bike or car.

Spacious and comfortable Spacious and comfortable 12 On The Hill has a 2 floors with a large light living/dining room with a very comfortable corner sofa, a TV, WiFi and DVD player and a family dining area. On this floor there is also a bedroom/study/dayroom next to the well equipped kitchen. Downstairs is a twin and double bedroom and the family bathroom with a full sized bath and a walk-in shower. It also has an extremely useful utility room with a washing machine and direct access down some steps to the sunny back garden and clean any outdoor equipment. Pets welcome. Don’t worry about leaving your loved ones behind as we welcome responsible dogs and their owners. If you do plan to bring your dogs please arrange this in advance. Many local places are dog friendly. Our Guests favourite "Local Things To Do" 1. Spend the day Cycling & Walking in the Trossachs:For the truly energetic, cycle the 3 Lochs Drive returning via the David Marshall Lodge. Alternatively, you can drive and stop to enjoy the views. Aberfoyle also has Go Ape and Scotland's longest zip wire. 2. Tackle Ben Lomond: One of Scotland's Munros this is a must for Munro baggers! Located on The West Highland Way the drive is via Balmaha to Rowardennan and is also a great day out. If walking Ben Lomond you should make sure you leave plenty of time and are prepared for weather changes. The views from the top are spectacular. 3. Visit Glengoyne Distillery: Glengoyne is a one of Scotland's most Southerly distilleries and is our local distillery. It is open all year round for Tours, Masterclasses and Whisky Tastings and is a must visit venue. 4. Spend the day in The City of Stirling: Here you can visit Stirling Castle and The Wallace Monument. Stirling also has a railway station allowing you to park up and take the train to visit Glasgow and Edinburgh. 5. Relax on the luxurious corner sofa, watch a DVD. "Jill’s place is cozy and welcoming, with everything you may need for your stay. The house is sparkling clean, very organised and tidy. Kitchen is very well equipped - we have used it many times to prepare our meals". Adela
