Quietly located on open farmland looking towards Stirling Gateway Cottages has 2 beautiful cottages called Mallard and Partridge after the many wildbirds that live on and fly over the farm. Both cottages are ideal for family holidays, romantic getaways or for groups of friends wanting to catch up. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4 in each) and are furnished to a very high standard, they include super king sized comfy beds, fully equipped kitchens and wood burning stoves. Plus, Partridge has its own HOT TUB!

GETAWAY with GATEWAY COTTAGES. Located on open farmland just to the east of the historic City of Stirling we have 2 cottages Mallard and Partridge. Each have spectacular panoramic views from their large open plan living dining areas allowing you to soak in uninteruppted views of Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills whatever the time of year and weather. Each cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard allowing you to relax and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. Just bring yourself and your supplies. All bedding, towels, electricity, central heating, starter supplies of domestic goods (toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, washing-up liquid and sample toiletries) are provided plus, unlimited Wi-Fi are included in the price. In winter a starter pack of wood is also provided for the wood-burning stoves.

Do a little or do a lot, the choice is yours. Located on open Farmland Gateway Cottages are perfectly located for exploring central Stirling and the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The area is often described as "The Gateway to the Highlands" due to its historic strategic position making us a perfect base to explore and make day trips to Edinburgh Castle, St Andrews, and even Fort William and the West Coast of Scotland. Stirling also has a railway station.

"No light pollution here": Our “big sky” starry nights makes us a perfect location for star gazing and the countryside quietness is so special. Remember your swimwear so you can enjoy the night skies whilst soaking in your heated Hot Tub.
