Creag Mhor Cottage is a detached property on the outskirts of Aberfoyle village and stunning Loch Ard is only 4 miles away where boat/canoe hiring facilities are available as well as cycle hire allowing you to go exploring or fish.

With the Queen Elizabeth Forest right on your door step Creag Mhor is in the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts as there are plenty cycle routes and paths to walk.

Creag Mhor Cottage's floors are wooden laminate with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, a log effect electric fire, Freeview TV/DVD, Radio/CD player and breathtaking views from the large window.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equiped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table.

Sleeping 4, the bedrooms are beautifully co-ordinated with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower enclosure, W/C and wash hand basin. Bed linen and towels supplied and for our younger guests there is a highchair.

The garden is spacious with a large lawn to the front and separate drying area to the rear overlooked by a mature woodland. There is an outdoor seating area and BBQ ( coals not included). There is ample off road parking for 3+ cars.

The Trossachs has many mountains to climb with Ben Lomond and Ben Ledi to name a few.

Aberfoyle has an 18 hole Golf course and the longest zip wire in Britain at the David Marshall Lodge Visitor Centre.

A short drive up the Dukes Pass is The Loch Katrine Steamship Sir Walter Scott is a lovely cruise.

Open April to October The 3 Lochs Forest Drive is a 'Must Do Scenic Drive'. It takes in Loch Drunkie, Loch Achray and Lochan Reoidhte and is best accessed from the Aberfoyle end of the Dukes Pass.

Blair Drummond Safari Park for our younger guests is only a half hour drive away as is historical Stirling with Stirling Castle and The Wallace Monument. Glasgow and Edinburgh are also within an hour for days out.

Price Range

From £350 - £550 per week. All electricity is included.
Nightly rate for out of season breaks is £110, minimum 3 night stay.
