On the way to Brig O'Turk from Aberfoyle you will find the QUEEN ELIZABETH FOREST PARK VISITOR CENTRE situated one mile above Aberfoyle high up on the Duke's Pass, (which once belonged to the Duke of Montrose). Walk or cycle on one of the many trails and learn about life in a modern, working forest. The centre has a restaurant, Forest Shop and exhibition area. Managed by the Forestry Commission, the Park covers an area of natural beauty which borders Loch Lomond and includes Loch Ard, Loch Achray and Loch Lubnaig, Ben Venue, Ben A'an and Ben Ledi.
Continue up on the Dukes Pass you will come to Loch Achray, pass the entrance to Loch Katrine and find Tigh Mhor Time Share towered by Ben A'an. A few 100 yards sitting beside Loch Achray is the beautiful 'Trossachs Church'. Drive for another 5 mins and you will come to Brig O'Turk with its Tea Room and the Byre Inn Restaurant/Bar.
