A short drive will take you to Balloch and the Lomond Shores centre with the Loch Lomond Acquarium and the Maid of the Loch, the last Paddle Steamer Built in Britain. A few minutes more will take you to the Trossachs village of Aberfoyle and the Dukes Pass where you will find the David Marshall Lodge and the newly installed Go Ape Adventure Centre. Off the Dukes Pass is the Forest Drive which eventually comes to Loch Katrine and the SS Sir Walter Scott.
Inverbeg is also well placed to for a days visit to most of Scotland's major cities such as Glasgow, Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh.
